Everything under one roof

Every visit begins the same way: an examination, a clear explanation of what you need, and what to expect — before anything is started.

Everyday care

General & preventive dentistry

The routine work that keeps everything else from becoming necessary.

  • Examination & consultation

    First visit

A full look at the teeth, gums and bite, with time to talk through anything that has been bothering you. You leave knowing what needs doing and in what order.

  • Scaling & polishing

    Hygiene

Removal of hardened plaque above and below the gumline — the single most effective thing for bleeding gums and bad breath.

  • Fillings & restorations

    Same day

Tooth-coloured restorations placed in one visit, matched to the shade of the tooth beside them.

  • Extractions

    Surgical

Straightforward removals and impacted wisdom teeth, done under local anaesthetic with aftercare instructions in writing.

Saving the tooth

Root canal & endodontics

Led by Dr. Kamal Goswami, whose MDS is in oral pathology.

  • Root canal treatment

    1–2 visits

When decay or an injury reaches the nerve, the inside of the tooth is cleaned, disinfected and sealed. With modern anaesthesia most patients feel pressure rather than pain, and the natural tooth stays in place.

  • Re-treatment

    Complex

A previously treated tooth that has flared up again can often be reopened, cleaned and re-sealed rather than removed.

  • Post & core with crown

    Follow-on

After a root canal a back tooth usually needs a crown to stop it fracturing. This is planned at the same appointment, not sprung on you later.

Replacing & rebuilding

Restorative dentistry

Some of this is fixed in place and some lifts out. Which suits you depends on how many teeth are missing and on the teeth around them — decided together at the first visit.

  • Crowns & bridges

    Fixed

A crown caps a tooth that is broken or heavily filled. A bridge closes a gap by anchoring to the teeth on either side — fixed in place, nothing to take out.

  • Dental implants

    Surgical

A titanium root placed in the jaw, restored with a crown once it has healed. The closest thing to the tooth you lost, and it leaves the neighbouring teeth untouched.

  • Removable partial denture

    Removable

A light plate that replaces a few missing teeth and sits around the ones you still have. You take it out to clean it.

  • Complete denture

    Removable

A full set for the upper or lower jaw, shaped and fitted over a few short visits until the bite feels comfortable.

  • Inlays & onlays

    Laboratory

A filling made to measure and bonded into a back tooth where an ordinary filling would not hold. Stronger, and it keeps more of your own tooth.

  • Full mouth rehabilitation

    Staged

When several teeth need attention at once, the whole bite is planned together — one plan, carried out in stages, at your pace.

Appearance & alignment

Cosmetic dentistry & orthodontics

  • Braces

    Orthodontics

Fixed appliances for teenagers and adults, with a plan and a realistic timeline agreed before anything is fitted.

  • Clear aligners

    Orthodontics

A removable alternative for suitable cases — reviewed regularly to keep the movement on track.

  • Teeth whitening

    Aesthetic

In-chair or take-home, with the shade matched so the result looks like your teeth on a good day, not somebody else's.

  • Veneers

    Aesthetic

Thin facings bonded to the front teeth to correct a chip, a shape or the colour. Previewed before any preparation begins.

For the youngest patients

Children's dentistry

Looked after by Dr. Poly Goswami, who parents frequently ask for by name.

  • First visits

    Ages 1+

An unhurried introduction — counting teeth, meeting the chair, nothing done on the first day unless a child is in pain.

  • Fluoride & sealants

    Preventive

A protective coating on the back teeth where decay usually starts. Quick, painless and it lasts years.

  • Fillings & milk-tooth care

    Treatment

Baby teeth hold the space for adult ones, so they are treated rather than simply pulled wherever that is possible.
